i am back in the studio drawing, cutting, sticking, ect, ect. I am thinking about self portraits again. The Alphabet is showing up as a background in pieces and words are being explored. Since i was a very young child I have issues with spelling, writing and reading. I have a million excuses as to why starting with my crazy parents who did not encourage education and ending with my stubbornness and the fact that i would rather go on a bike ride or hike than deal with my inadequacies as a writer. In my newest series "I Am Grateful" i want to show that i am grateful and at the same time show my struggles.
