I woke up thinking about Time. Tim without the e. How to juggle family, friends, work and recreation.
I have a few projects i have been thinking about for the new year, in our new home, in a new town. My husband Tim and i moved to Bozeman, Mt. in Nov. Somehow i think the black eye peas i made last night are going to help.
We are renting the bottom half of a house which is double the size and rent of our last apt. This is why i have to keep my day job. One of my ideas for Bozeman is to start a local drawing group called, "Don't Quit Your Day Job Artists". This name is BORROWED from a group of dancers, the "Don't Quit your Day Job Dancers", who would come and practice after the step aerobics class i taught at a work out club Marin, Ca.
I am working on a series of drawings that i am going to make into prints next week. I can't wait to start using my press again. I have been drawing with graphite and ink. I continue to work on perfecting my lines
while working freehand. I love it when people are surprised when they find out i haven't traced the images.
Renee and i are going to Bridger Bowl today! The Timmon's return tomorrow which makes me a little nervous.
Looks great, Patricia! Sorry I couldn't make it this weekend. Happy New Year!
